Fees and charges are determined by the provisions and Principles of the Aged Care Act 2024(Cth)
Fees and Charges are subject to an Income Test (Home Care) or Assets and Income Assessment (Permanent Residential Care).

Residential Care
There could be three (3) elements:
- A Basic Daily Fee equivalent to approximately 85% of the full single aged pension amount (virtually all residents pay this fee); plus where applicable
- An Accommodation Payment as a refundable accommodation deposit (RAD) or daily accommodation payment (DAP) or a combination of both (subject to the Assets and Income Assessment); plus where applicable
- A Means Tested Care Fee (MTCF)
Single Room + ensuite:
- $98.14 daily or $450 000 lump sum
- Approx 18m2
Single room + ensuite:
- $119.95 or $550 000
- Approx 28m2
All rooms have access to dining rooms. living areas and gardens.
